Terms of Use

1. Purpose

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the CupiBoom web application, published by Plaerus Studios. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms without reservation.

2. Service Description

CupiBoom is a coupon app for couples that allows users to:

• Create an account and link to a partner via an invitation code
• Browse a library of coupons sorted by intensity
• Gift coupons (predefined or custom) to their partner
• Receive, discover (scratch effect) and activate received coupons
• Express desires and limits through the favorites system

3. Access Conditions

Access to the service requires:

• A valid email address
• Creating an account with a username and password
• An internet-connected device with a modern web browser

4. User Account

Each user is responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any activity from an account is deemed to have been performed by its holder.

A user can only be linked to one partner at a time. The couple link can be broken from the application settings.

5. User Content

Users can create custom content, including custom coupons (title, description, message). By publishing content, users agree to:

• Not publish illegal, threatening, harassing, or defamatory content
• Not publish content involving minors
• Respect mutual consent with their partner
• Not use the service for commercial purposes

Plaerus Studios reserves the right to remove any content in violation of these Terms and to suspend or delete the user''s account.

6. Limits System and Consent

CupiBoom includes a "limits" system allowing each user to block coupons they don''t want to receive. This system is designed to promote mutual consent.

The coupon system is a game between consenting partners. Activating a coupon does not constitute a legal obligation or binding contract. Each partner remains free in their private life choices.

7. Free Service

CupiBoom is an entirely free service. No subscription, in-app purchase, or premium feature is offered. All features are accessible to all users.

8. Beta Tester Program

8.1 Eligibility. To qualify as a beta tester, the user must:

• Have created a CupiBoom account during the beta phase
• Have submitted at least one (1) constructive feedback via the in-app Feedback button

8.2 "Free for life" benefit. Every validated beta tester will retain free and unlimited access to CupiBoom''s premium features, indefinitely. This benefit is:

• Personal, non-transferable, and tied to the account that submitted the feedback
• Limited to premium features available at the time of final release
• Non-monetary and does not entitle to any financial compensation

8.3 Constructive feedback. Feedback is considered constructive when it contains a documented bug report, a reasoned improvement suggestion, or an exploitable user experience report.

8.4 Revocation. Plaerus Studios reserves the right to revoke beta tester status in case of violation of these Terms, abuse of the feedback system, or fraud.

8.5 End of program. The beta phase end date will be communicated with reasonable notice. Validated beta testers will permanently retain their benefits.

9. Intellectual Property

All elements of CupiBoom (design, code, texts, logos, icons) are the property of Plaerus Studios.

Content created by users remains the property of their authors. Users grant Plaerus Studios a limited right of use for the proper functioning of the service.

10. Limitation of Liability

Plaerus Studios provides the service "as is" and does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We cannot be held responsible for:

• Temporary service interruptions
• Content created and shared by users
• Use of the service between partners
• Data loss in case of account deletion

11. Account Deletion

Users can delete their account at any time. Deletion results in:

• Deletion of all personal data within 30 days
• Breaking the couple link if applicable
• Deletion of sent and received coupons not yet completed

12. Personal Data

The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to Terms

Plaerus Studios reserves the right to modify these Terms. Users will be informed of any substantial changes.

14. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
